The seller is the owner of this store, the person identified right above: he is the one who contracts with you, who issues your invoice, and who is responsible for the VAT on your purchase.
Payment is processed through Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Limited, a company registered in Ireland), which acts solely as a payment service provider: it collects and safeguards your card details on its own payment screen, and they never pass through our server. Stripe is not the seller, it sells you nothing, and it does not take on the seller's obligations.
1. Who owns this site
This website —yourskygifts.kreawave.com, operating under the trade name “El cielo de…”— is owned by the individual identified above. There is no company behind it: the person who answers for everything promised here is that individual, under his own name and tax ID.
Details that Spanish law requires us to publish and that do not apply here, stated so nothing is missing (art. 10 of Law 34/2002 on information society services):
- Companies Register (Registro Mercantil): not applicable. As a sole trader (an individual, not a company), the seller is not recorded in the Companies Register or in any other public register for the purpose of acquiring legal personality.
- Prior administrative authorization: the activity —selling digital entertainment content— is not subject to any, nor to the supervision of any sector regulator.
- Regulated profession: none is practiced. There is no professional body or membership number to state.
- Codes of conduct: we are not signed up to any code of conduct or to the Spanish Consumer Arbitration System. If we ever were, it would be stated here with a link so you could read it.
2. What we sell, and at what price
We sell entirely digital gifts —printable art prints, audio, and narrated video— calculated from the date, time, and place the customer provides. Nothing physical is shipped.
The prices shown on this site are in euros with all applicable taxes included (VAT included). There are no shipping costs because there is no shipping: delivery is a download. There are no handling fees or payment-method surcharges either.
3. Using this site
You are free to use the site to look around and to buy. What you may not do is use it for anything unlawful, submit other people's data without their permission, try to access restricted areas, scrape content in bulk with automated tools, or interfere with how it works. If we detect that kind of use, we may block access.
Intellectual property. The design of the prints and of the site, the texts, the scripts, the logo, the “yourskygifts” brand, and the calculation engine are ours or used under license. Buying a product gives you the usage license described in the terms of sale — not ownership of any of the above. Astronomical positions, being facts, belong to no one.
Links to other sites. If we ever link to third-party websites, it is for your convenience: we do not control their content and are not responsible for it.
Availability. We take reasonable measures to keep the site working and secure, but we do not guarantee it will be available without interruptions or free of errors. When a failure affects an order you have already paid for, the terms of sale apply: we fix it or we refund it.

What we sell, how the contract is formed, who charges you and who invoices you, what you can do with what you receive, how long delivery takes, and why this is entertainment — not advice.
Returns and withdrawal
Custom-made digital content: no right of withdrawal and no refunds after delivery. The only thing that entitles you to anything is a defective delivery — and that gets redone for free, always.
Privacy
What data we ask for, what for, how long we keep it, who else touches it, and how to delete it. We never use your data to train anything.
Cookies
The site runs without tracking cookies. The only optional piece is Meta's ad measurement, which is turned on only if you accept it in the banner; it is explained there, and you can change your choice at any time.
4. Governing law and complaints
Spanish law applies and, if you are a consumer residing in the European Union, the consumer-protection law of your country of residence wherever it is more favorable to you. For any complaint, write to us at [email protected]: we reply within 48 business hours at most.
