Cookie Policy
This is a courtesy translation. The Spanish version is the legally binding one. You can read it here: Política de cookies (Spanish).
In one sentence: this website works entirely without any tracking cookies. The only optional one is a Meta (Facebook/Instagram) cookie used to measure whether our advertising works, and it is only set if you accept it in the banner. If you decline, nothing is installed and you don't lose any features.
1. What this website uses
| What | What for | Type | How long |
|---|---|---|---|
| Browser local storage (your cart, your delivery email, your cookie choice) | Making your order work: remembering what you've added and where to deliver it | Technical, first-party. Exempt from consent (art. 22.2 of Spain's LSSI): without it the store cannot work | In your browser until you delete it |
Meta cookies _fbp and _fbc |
Measuring whether the ads we pay for on Instagram and Facebook bring in visits and purchases, so we don't spend money on advertising that doesn't work | Advertising, third-party (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd). Only after you click "Accept" in the cookie banner | 3 months |
2. What exactly is "the Meta pixel"
If you accept, the website loads the Meta pixel: a small piece of code that records visits to the site, items added to the cart and checkouts started, and reports them to Meta so they can be attributed to our ads. In addition, when a payment is confirmed, our server reports the purchase to Meta (the so-called "Conversions API") with your email irreversibly hashed (SHA-256): Meta can only use it to match the purchase with its own accounts — it never receives it in plain text. If you did not accept cookies, we don't send any of this from the server either.
Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd acts as joint controller of this measurement. Transfers to the U.S. are covered by the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses. More details in their privacy policy.
3. Changing your mind
Your choice (accept or decline) is stored in your browser for 12 months; after that, we ask again. You can change it whenever you like:
(If no banner appears when you click, it means ad measurement isn't active right now and there is nothing to accept or decline.)
You can also delete cookies directly in your browser: in Chrome, Firefox or Safari, look for "clear browsing data" in the settings.
4. Changes
If this policy changes (for example, if one day we add another measurement tool), the new version will be published here with its date and, if fresh consent is required, the banner will appear again.
