Why is there no preview of MY print before paying?
Because the personalized print
is the product: showing it in full
before charging would be giving it away. What you can see are the samples of every style
with example data and the

published on our Instagram. Your print uses exactly that design, with your details.
When do I get it?
The print, instantly: it's generated and delivered the moment your
payment is confirmed. The video and the audio go through a final human review so they
arrive perfect: 24 hours max, usually much sooner. We email you, and everything stays on
your order page. The files are available for 30 days.
How do I print it, and in which sizes?
You receive the print in 5 aspect ratios at 300 DPI, covering 25+ frame
sizes from A5 all the way to 60×90 cm. Any online or neighborhood print shop will do: just ask
for "print at actual size".
What are the three prints in The Collection?
1) The print of your sky in the style you choose; 2) the complete birth
chart, with the wheel of planets and houses; and 3) the real Moon of that night, up close, with
its exact phase. Plus the chart explained: a fourth print with the written interpretation.
Can I return it or get a refund?
Not for a change of mind: it's a made-to-order product, and by purchasing
you waive the right of withdrawal. Your legal guarantee always stands: if it arrives flawed or
doesn't match the details you confirmed,

What if I typed the date or the name wrong?
Before you pay, we show you a confirmation screen with all your details
and ask you to double-check them. The product is generated with what you confirm there, and a
typo in those details is not a product defect.
How long can I download my files?
30 days from delivery. After that they're deleted from our servers:
that way your data doesn't linger. Download them and keep them on your computer or in your
cloud.
What language is the video narrated in?
In English by default, with a warm, carefully produced voice — and you can
choose Spanish instead when you create your gift. The line on the print is yours to write, in
any language you want.
Will the gift recipient receive anything?
No: everything goes to your email and your order page. You decide
when and how to give it — the surprise is safe.
Is this astrology or astronomy?
The map is pure astronomy: the real position of the stars and
planets over that place at that very minute, calculated with the DE440 ephemerides from
NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory — the same ones observatories use to aim their
telescopes. The narration adds the symbolic story of that night, as entertainment content
that moves the person who receives it.
