“El cielo de…” is a trade name under which this individual operates. There is no company behind it: the person who answers for everything promised here is that individual.

We are the seller — not the payment gateway. We are the ones who contract with you, we issue your invoice, and we are responsible for the VAT and the warranty. Stripe only collects the payment on our behalf (section 4).

1. What exactly is being sold

An entirely digital gift, calculated from the date, time, and place you provide. Depending on the package you choose, it consists of high-resolution prints (300 dpi) ready for printing (JPG and PNG at 300 dpi, plus a print-shop PDF and ZIP in five aspect ratios), a narrated vertical video (MP4), and an audio file (MP3). Everything opens on any current device with no special software.

We do not ship anything physical. There is no package, no shipping, and no printing on our side: you download the files and print them wherever you like. If a printed product were ever offered, it would be announced as such, with its own price and delivery times.

To open and use what you buy, all you need is a current device with an image viewer, a PDF viewer, and audio and video playback, plus an internet connection to download it. There are no technical protection measures and no DRM: the files are yours and open in any standard program.

2. How the contract is formed

  1. You choose the occasion and the style and enter the details, with no account required. The samples shown on the site use example data: your print is made after payment.
  2. You review the confirmation screen with all your details and check the box consenting to the immediate start of production (section 10).
  3. You choose a package and pay. The payment is processed by Stripe (section 4).
  4. Once the payment is confirmed, automatic production begins and you receive a link to your downloads page.

The contract is concluded the moment Stripe confirms the payment. Until then, nothing is produced and nothing is charged to you.

Confirmation of your order. Within 24 hours of payment you receive by email an acknowledgment of receipt with the order reference, what you bought, the amount, the exact text of the consent you accepted with its date and time, and the link to these terms (art. 28 of Spanish Law 34/2002 and art. 63 of the Spanish General Consumer Protection Act, TRLGDCU). In practice it arrives within minutes. That email, which you can file away and print, is your record of the contract.

Before you buy, three things the law requires us to tell you (art. 27 of Spanish Law 34/2002):

3. You provide the data

The product is calculated from the date, time, and place you enter. Double-check those details before paying: a wrong time changes the result (a single hour's difference is enough for the Ascendant to fall in a different sign and for the whole print to change).

Before payment you are shown a confirmation screen with all your details (occasion, name, date, time, place, message, and style) and you are expressly asked to review them. What you confirm there is what gets made: a typo of yours in the date, time, place, or name is not a product defect and does not entitle you to a remake or a refund.

If the details belong to someone else — because the gift is for them — it is up to you to have their permission to use them. We process them only to produce your order, as explained in the privacy policy.

4. Price, taxes, and who charges you

Prices are shown on the website in euros, with all applicable taxes (VAT) included. There are no shipping costs — there is no shipping — no handling fees, and no surcharge of any kind for the payment method. The total amount you are going to pay is always shown before you confirm.

We are the seller: the individual identified at the top of these terms. He is the one who contracts with you, issues your invoice, and declares and pays the VAT applicable to your purchase.

Stripe is only the payment gateway. The charge is processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Limited — the Stripe entity that contracts in Spain and the rest of the European Economic Area, a company registered in Ireland — which acts solely as a payment service provider: it does not sell you anything, it is not the seller, and it does not assume the seller's obligations. Your card details are collected and held by Stripe on its own payment screen: we never see or store your card at any point.

That is why these terms govern your purchase from start to finish. Stripe's terms govern the payment service and its relationship with us; they neither replace nor cut back anything promised to you here, nor the rights the law grants you as a consumer. For anything related to your order — the invoice, delivery, a defect, a refund — we are your point of contact.

How the charge appears on your statement. Card networks limit the statement text to 22 characters, so the charge appears under the brand name —YOURSKYGIFTS— and not under our personal name or the website's full address. The confirmation email reminds you of this, so you don't get a scare when reviewing your account and don't mistake your own charge for fraud.

If the payment is declined by your bank or by Stripe, the order simply does not go through and nothing is produced. You can try again or write to us.

5. Your invoice

Every purchase generates an invoice with our seller details, the total amount, and the VAT rate applied. It is issued when the payment completes, and at that very moment you receive, at the email address you provided, a message with the links to download the invoice and the receipt as PDFs. If you lose it or it never arrives, write to us and we will resend it.

If you need a full invoice —with the taxable base and the VAT amount itemized, for example to deduct it— ask us by email quoting your order reference and we will issue it free of charge.

If you are buying as a business or professional, you can enter your VAT number on the payment screen: where applicable, the reverse-charge mechanism will be applied. Filling it in is not mandatory; if you leave it out, you are buying as a consumer.

Paper invoice. The invoice is issued electronically by default. If you prefer to receive it on paper, you have the right to it and it is free: request it by email, including your order reference and a postal address, and we will send it to you. You can revoke your consent to electronic invoicing at any time by writing to that same address (art. 63.3 TRLGDCU).

6. Delivery

The entire product is 100% digital. You receive downloadable, printable high-resolution files (JPG, PNG, PDF, MP3, and MP4). No physical item is shipped: printing and framing are up to the customer, at the print shop of their choice.

The prints are generated and delivered automatically within minutes of the payment being confirmed. The narrated video and the audio additionally go through a final human review and are delivered within a maximum of 24 hours (usually much sooner). Delivery is considered complete when the files are made available for you to download (art. 66 bis TRLGDCU). If we failed to deliver, your payment would be returned: no delivery, no sale.

The files remain downloadable for 30 calendar days from delivery, after which they are automatically deleted from our servers. We are not a storage service: download and save your files within that window. The delivery notification states the exact deletion date, and that date is also shown on your order page.

If the promised deadline has passed and you have received nothing, write to us and we will give ourselves a reasonable additional period to deliver; if we still failed to deliver then, you may terminate the contract and recover everything you paid (art. 66 bis.2 TRLGDCU).

7. What you can do with what you receive

We grant you a personal, permanent, worldwide license over the pieces generated with your data: print them as many times as you like, at any size you like, gift them, hang them, or share them on your social media.

What is not included: reselling them, offering them as your own product, or using our templates, designs, or texts to build a similar service. The design of the prints, the scripts, and the calculation engine remain ours.

8. What this is — and what it is not

The astronomical positions are real and verifiable: they are calculated with precision ephemerides for the exact moment you specify. What we do with them — the interpretation, the storytelling, the symbolism — is entertainment content.

It is not, and does not claim to be, medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, and it should not be used to make decisions of that kind. If you need help in any of those areas, see a professional.

9. Artificial intelligence

The narration is generated with a synthetic voice, not a person recording. The texts are written from the real data of your chart with the help of automated systems and our own review. The audio and video files are delivered with that condition flagged in their metadata, in accordance with Article 50 of the European Artificial Intelligence Act.

10. Withdrawal, refunds, and warranty

Because this is digital content supplied without a physical medium, whose performance begins with your express consent, there is no right of withdrawal once the order has been delivered (art. 103.m TRLGDCU): when you buy, you expressly accept the immediate start of production and the waiver of that right, regardless of your country of residence and to the maximum extent permitted by law. Moreover, since the content is custom-made from your data, it is of no value to anyone else. After delivery, there are no refunds for a change of mind.

That consent is not a hidden checkbox: you are shown the full text, you have to actively check it in order to pay, it is collected again on Stripe's payment screen, and it is stored with its date, its time, and the exact text you accepted. We confirm it to you by email immediately afterwards, as the law requires for the exception to be valid (arts. 98.7 and 103.m TRLGDCU).

If production has not started yet, it can still be stopped. Only minutes pass between payment and the automatic start: if you write to us within that window, we cancel and refund the full amount. It is not a legal obligation — you had already waived it — it is simply how we work.

Statutory warranty of conformity: if the order is not as promised, we correct it or redeliver it free of charge. Only if correction proved impossible, or we failed to carry it out within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience to you, or the lack of conformity were serious, would you be entitled to a price reduction or to termination with a refund (arts. 117 et seq. TRLGDCU). The details are in the refund policy, which forms part of these terms.

11. Who can buy

To buy, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract. The product may be gifted to a minor — a birth print, for example — as long as it is their mother, father, or legal guardian who provides the details and makes the purchase.

We may cancel an order and refund the amount, without this giving rise to any compensation, where there are reasonable indications of fraud in the payment method, where the details entered are manifestly false or abusive, or where the request seeks content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes third-party rights.

12. Obvious errors and discounts

If, due to a technical or human error, a manifestly wrong price were published — the kind you can spot a mile away, like a missing zero — we may cancel the affected order and immediately refund everything charged, notifying you as soon as we detect it. You will never be charged more than what you agreed to pay.

Discount codes, when they exist, are applied on the payment screen, are not redeemable for cash, cannot be combined unless expressly stated, and carry the validity period and conditions stated when they are published.

13. Liability

We are responsible for the product being as promised and for damages arising directly from our breach. We are not responsible for what lies outside our reasonable control — outages of the network, of the payment provider, or of your own equipment — nor for the use you make of the content. Nothing in this section limits the rights the law grants to consumers, which prevail over any clause to the contrary.

Force majeure. If an event beyond our reasonable control — a prolonged outage of the hosting or payment provider, a widespread power or network failure, a disaster, a cyberattack — prevents delivery on time, the deadlines are suspended for as long as it lasts. If the situation drags on to the point that delivery no longer makes sense for you, you may terminate the contract and everything you paid will be refunded in full.

14. Governing law and complaints

Spanish law applies and, if you are a consumer residing in the European Union, the consumer protection law of your country of residence applies in whatever is more favorable to you. You can file a complaint by writing to [email protected]: we reply within a maximum of 48 business hours and resolve the complaint within a maximum of 14 calendar days.

If your complaint is not resolved between us, we will provide you, on a durable medium, with information about the accredited alternative consumer dispute resolution bodies with competence (Spanish Law 7/2017 and Directive 2013/11/EU). You can consult the accredited bodies in the European Commission's list (consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu/dispute-resolution-bodies) and, if you are buying from another EU country, contact your European Consumer Centre. You may also turn to the consumer authorities of your region or to the courts of your place of residence. We are not signed up to any consumer arbitration system in advance, which does not prevent you from proposing it or from pursuing any of the avenues above.

15. The fine print, genuinely fine

16. Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to you is the one published on the day of your purchase, and it is kept together with your order. Changes are never applied retroactively to orders already paid.
